These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Parenthood Partners’ prenatal, postpartum, and newborn nurse home visiting services. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional, non-emergency nursing support for prenatal care, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and related education. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. Parents or legal guardians may book for minors under their care.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our website.
  
  

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  
  

• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  
  

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• We accept debt/credit card, HSA.
  
  

• Fees are outlined at the time of booking and may be updated periodically.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information so we can deliver safe and effective care.
  
  

• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for our nurses during visits.
  
  

6. Confidentiality

We protect your personal and health information in compliance with HIPAA and our [Privacy Policy].

7. Limitations of Liability

While our nurses provide professional care, results and outcomes may vary. Parenthood Partners is not liable for conditions or complications outside the scope of our services or beyond our control.
