How do I book?

Do you offer a free consult?
Yes—brief intro call to confirm fit and next steps.

Virtual or in-home visits?
Both. Virtual anywhere in Oregon; in-home within Marion and surrounding counties on requst.

How soon can I be seen?
Often within 1–3 business days; urgent slots available.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Do you replace my OB or pediatrician?
No. We complement your providers and coordinate with consent.

What can you help with?
Pregnancy education, birth planning, postpartum recovery, feeding/sleep, safety, infant development, and high needs support. 

Do you support twins/multiples and first-time parents?
Absolutely—plans are tailored to your unique individual and family needs.

Do you take insurance?
Not currently. Coming soon.

Is my information private?
Yes—we are HIPPA compliant and use secure tools and minimal data collection. Use our Secures Forms for sensitive info.

What about emergencies?
Call 911 or your on-call provider. We’re not an emergency service.

Do I get follow-up notes/resources?
Yes—summary, handouts, and next-step recommendations.

Will you coordinate with my OB/Peds?
With your permission, we share relevant updates to support your care plan.
